What a couple of days!

well I sure lost today sleeping. We got home about 9:30am and we each took baths. Alex made it to bed before I did and finally went about 10:30. Since I got less than two hours sleep last night I guess I shouldn't be surprised that I slept until 4. During that time I did get a phone call and a text message. I wasn't with it enough to even figure out the phone was ringing until the voice mail tune came on and then I wasn't so sure that I even got that turned off but I don't remember any beeping either.

Overall the boys were good. We ended up with 11 and 13 had signed up. They played basketball, soccer, and some nerf dart throw thing. There was a ping pong tourny and endless Uno games. Aparently there was lots of regular cards games as well. The only thing we surprsingly didnt touch was the Clue game. They were asking for Clue after the endless Uno and I just couldnt do it. The last game of Uno lasted over two hours.

The only problem of the night was that two of our older boys thought they had to lock themselves in other rooms or sit endlessly in the bathroom so that the others wouldnt be around them etc. It doesnt happen unless the one is there. Honestly I dont know if the one is worth the problems his and his family cause. *shakes head*

I think it was a good NYE for them and I cant beleive how little I slept esspecially consitering how tired I was before it started and how annoyed I got at those couple boys. I do think we may use the place again if the opportunity presents itself. The guy currently running the Aromory is one of our Eagle Scouts and his youngest bro is still part of the Troop and is about to earn his Eagle too. They gave us access even to the Kitchen. If I had known that in advance I would have done breakfast a little different but it sure was a nice thing to have. Better than exposed tables of food and coolers of ice.

I think its going to be an early night. I have to return a phone call and visit grandma yet though.
