Wednesday

I made it through the day! I wasn't sure how easy it would be. Last night was the concert. Buck Cherry, Shinedown, Saving Abel, Violence to Vegas (their order of appearance was backwards from the order listed). It was a great concert Shinedown was the best. all the others were great too. The boys are still super disapointed about the 3 doors down, Hinder and Finger 11 concert that was "postponed" a couple weeks ago due to the 3 doors down singer having voice issues (they ended up canceling all remaining US tour dates this year) so it was nice that this concert ended up happening because one of the bands did cancel (avenged sevenfold - also due to singer vocal issues). I was just super happy they went to a smaller venue much closer to home- which means that the concert started at 6:30 (yes on time), we saw 4 great bands, and were home by 11pm. Now thats the way to go to a concert!

We missed scouts last night. It wasnt a regular meeting night and we had already had plans for the concert when the meeting was scheduled. I hope it went well.

Today was an exhusting day - emotionally - and I have a meeting tonight too. The upside is that its been said that the meeting should last no more than an hour.

Today it was confirmed that the mouse problem still exists. We have never EVER had mice. No place we have ever lived have I had mice to deal with but of course Sunday morning the kid went to let the dog out on Sunday morning and found two in the dog food storage container. I have told him for YEARS to make sure the container is closed and latched but of course he never does so what I said would happen did (only took almost 4 years). I put out some traps and have had no activity whatsoever since, but at lunch today (I didnt check them this morning) one had been triggered but no mouse only the bait was gone. I will reset it tonight the other trap hasnt been touched. All I can say is EWWWWW but I dont blame them a warm dry place and easy food. I would be all over that if I was a mouse too. But still EWWWWW.

The dog got off his lead today so I had to leave work to get him home. The hook thingy was gunked up with dirt so Im sure he got out easily (damn smart dogs) at least my awesome neighbor called me to let me know - it was only 9:30am when he called and Jasper must have been out a while cuz he came right home and into the house when I called. Ussually he is like I am NOT ready yet and tries to make me work to get him home.

The new phone plan starts today. The boys (Alex and my little bro) are super excited. They now have text messaging.

I am SO loving pogo. I think I am just changing out pogo from chat. Either way - I am already SO sick of chat. Funny that sure didn't take long did it. I still have been going in some but it just sucks and I don't miss it. I miss the old days. The people the laughs. I don't miss the now. Its better that way. I have lots going on though. I think even the Pogo thing will phase out a bit but its nice to have something to pass the time until the busy stuff takes over. I am SO looking forword to everything that is comming up.
